Walkthrough: Buffy, the vampire slayer: Chaos bleeds

The Initiative Base

When you gain control of Spike, step into the corridor and go through the door ahead, taking out a Zombie Soldier as you go (be careful -- these jerks are armed with grenades that detonate when they die so make sure to move the hell away from them when they are defeated!). Go right and get three Stakes by breaking the wooden boxes. Take out a vampire and break another box to the left for one more Stake. When you are done, climb on top of the boxes to the right of the entrance, and behind the top layer of boxes for a bottle of Hell-Fire Ammo. Drop back down and examine the storage barrels on the left of the room; jump onto one and then to the top of another and turn left; drop behind the fence and grab the Hell-Fire Ammo from the hole. Now, check the stack of crates in the middle of the room and climb onto them to see a balcony. Hang from the ledge and move left until you pass the chain link wall, and then drop down. Pick up the Hell-Fire Soaker in corner, jump over the boxes, and leave here.

Walk down the steps and enter the control room; dust a vampire and break open the two lockers for a Medi-Pak each, and break the two chairs for Stakes. Check the computer terminal in order to unlock the huge door in the main passageway. Make your bleached blonde way to the door and blast the Abominators in the vicinity with the Hell-Fire Soaker. Dust a vampire using regular attacks and follow the corridor to the left (the main corridor ends with a locked door -- big surprise). Take down anything that attacks you along the way and turn the corner, unwittingly stepping through a laser wire. Enter the next room and carefully move along the left side of the room until you reach a compressed gas cylinder. Hit it to release the gas across the floor, revealing the laser wires. If you set off a wire, two cyborgs will be unconfined and your mission will fail. Anyway, now that you are aware to the consequences of being reckless in here, turn right and jump over the laser to reach the steps leading to a control room. Trounce your undead foes (go after the Zombie Soldier first) and use the computer to unlock another door. Break the two boxes for Stakes and step down the stairs. Jump over the wire and go back into the main corridor.

Make a left, burn those nasty Abominators using the Hell-Fire Soaker, and turn right. Break the crates for two Stakes and make another right, through the newly unlocked door. Continue down the steps and turn left; since the door is locked (as usual) continue to follow the stairs all the way to the bottom. Turn left, and then left again; get rid of another vampire and walk down the steps here. Beat up another vampire, pick up a Stake near where he came from, and go through the security doors. Fry some more Abominators in the next room and search behind the parked jeep for two Stakes (via crates). Leave the room through the door you didn't come in through and grab a vial of Holy Water. Take out the Zombie Soldiers (remember, stay away from the grenade blasts!) and step through the open chain link door. Pick up the two Stakes here (one to the left, the other right in front of you) turn right. Kick the lockers open to find a Medi-Pak and go through the mesh door on the left. Turn right, past a Stake, and turn right again to a set of stairs. Pick up some more Stakes if you need them and go upstairs.

Going left or right doesn't matter -- both paths lead to the same place. Take out your enemies and follow the path to another door. On the other side, walk down the steps, dust some more baddies, and break the box against the opposite wall for a Stake. Climb the steps to the right and examine the computer terminal to unlock another door. Enter the door to the left of where you came in, dust a vamp, and use the laptop to learn the weakness of a cyborg. Return to the main stairwell and leave the room; turn right go through the doors and up the steps. Fight your way through the doors and drop from the walkway to the military vehicle room. Go up the stairs and dispose of an Abominator before turning right. Reach the top of the stairs and turn left to enter the area you just unlocked. Defeat two more Abominators and search this room for Holy Water, Hell-Fire, and an infinite supply of EMP Grenades and Stakes. Take all of these items and leave the room through the exit straight ahead.

Take out your enemies, turn right, and walk up the stairs. Make a right at the ammo box and go through the doors. Throw an EMP Grenade into the room to disable the sentry guns and move to the right of the room. Pick up a bottle of Hell-Fire, a vial of Holy Water, and two Stakes (by way of those boxes there) and go to the left side of the room. Pick up the Ammo Clip and leave the room through the door you came in through. Go the stairwell, turn left, and head down the steps to get back to that parked military vehicle from earlier. Jump on the back of the vehicle and grab the Machine Gun. Shoot the large fuel tank on the other side of the room in order to blow a hole through the wall. Destroy the monsters and head through the hole in the wall. Turn right and take down a couple of Abominators. Now, turn and climb the barrels on the opposite wall; from there, climb onto the gas tank and pick up some Hell-Fire Ammo. When you are ready, open the door, turn left, and go into the elevator to ride upstairs.

Step out of the elevator and follow the path through the doors. In the next hall, a Cyborg is coming your way so launch an EMP Grenade at it to temporarily stun the bastard. Pick up two EMP Grenades from the left and right corners of the room and run to the cell in the far left corner of the room. Open it by using the lock on the right and go inside for an infinite supply of EMP Grenades. Open the far right cell door and defeat the monster inside. Pick up a Stake and a Severed Head and unlock the security door that requires a retinal scan. Go through these doors and follow the hall. In the next room, take out some more Abominators and turn left from the starting point. There is an infinite supply of Stakes in the first corner, and infinite supply of EMP Grenades in the second and third. Pick up a Medi-Pak from under the stairs before going through the door with the green light above it. Follow the corridor until you reach a ladder; climb up into the next room and drop down. Use your EMP Grenades on two Cyborgs and turn left; run to the far end of the chamber and examine the computer (don't forget to stun those Cyborg bastards...). You have five seconds to hack into the mainframe to shut down the Cyborgs for good; if the two in here reactivate throw another grenade to stun them; if you run out, there is a box of infinite EMP Grenades to the left of the exit door. When the hacking is done, leave the room and follow the hall until you reach a balcony and a rotting...thing.

Boss Fight: Adam
Adam will call upon two Zombie Soldiers to help him out, since he is big, ugly, and invincible. That's right -- invincible. He has four attacks that he will use in the following order: first, he runs at you and attacks with arm swings and kicks; avoid these as much as possible because they freaking hurt; the second attack involves him firing his cannon, sending two grenades at you -- use the Zombie Soldiers to block this if you can; his third attack is a flurry of machine gun rounds that are extremely difficult to dodge. In his fourth and final attack, Adam will grab a barrel and throw it at you. When he lifts a barrel he is vulnerable for roughly three seconds, so use that time to throw an EMP Grenade at him, freezing him and causing the barrel to explode over his head. You have to do this about five times in order to finally defeat him. When the battle is over, claim Cassandra's (other) Leg for the sake of completing the mission.
