Season 7 Episode 19 - Resurrection
Sam, Daniel, and Teal'c are called in by Agent Barrett (from Smoke & Mirrors) to investigate a rogue NID operation that ended in a slaughter instigated by a girl, Anna. The only person she left alive is Dr. Keffler, the head of the project. The NID were using relics gathered from Sekmet, a follower of Ra, and Keffler was doing cloning work. Anna claims she didn't kill the NID agents despite the video tape evidence and Daniel figures out Keffler "made" her - she's half-human and half goa'uld., and it was the goa'uld side of her that killed.
With Anna's help they open an ark to discover it's holding a bomb set to go off in 16 hours. Sam discovers the NID used nanobyte technology and a Coptic sample holding a goa'uld symbiote (from the Nazi's – Keffler's father) to create a human that could tell them everything about the goa'uld from her inherited memories, torturing her in the process. Sekmet's memories are in Anna, overriding her to set the bomb as leverage to force Keffler to give Sekmet complete control.
Daniel tries to get through to Anna and draw on the symbiote's memories, and discovers Keffler can control whose personality is in control, Anna or Sekmet, and let Sekmet loose to kill the others to protect his secret. Keffler also did an abbreviated gene restructure, dooming the human Anna to a painful death. When they end up accelerating the bomb's timing sequence, Daniel tries to first use meditation technique to get Anna to access the symbiote's memories and figure out how to defuse the bomb. Sekmet takes over and sets the cell on fire, then breaks out when they try to put the fire out. Keffler tries to escape too while Daniel figures out the deactivation code from Anna's paintings. It's actually Anna who's in control – she catches up to Keffler and kills him in revenge for the torture he put her through, then dies herself by activating a poison capsule Keffler implanted in her.
