Season 3 Episode 08 - The King Of Assassins

A man who looks a lot like Joxer asks Autolycus to steal a sword, he accepts and when he succeeds he is told to place it in a certain part of a near-by palace. Being Autolycus he don't instead he takes the sword but on his journey to sell it he bumps into Joxer. Thinking Joxer was the evil killer he saw last night he starts to explain why he took the sword, after awhile he realises that this man was not the same man as yesterday and Joxer admits that the man who took the sword is his brother Jett. Jett is an assassin and a very good one at that so Gabrielle, Joxer and Autolycus have to try and stop Jett from assassinating who ever it is he is assassinating. Xena is away doing something else so the three have to sort this one out themselves. After a while they realise that Jett is trying to kill Cleopatra, but Gabrielle's plan to stop him goes wrong when Autolycus and Cleopatra start getting friendly and Gabrielle and Joxer get thrown in the dungeon. Joxer was mistaken by the guard who wanted Cleopatra was killed, thinking he was Jett, and Gabrielle's plan went back on track, by things keep going wrong and Gabrielle and Autolycus is now in jail. With only Joxer trying to stop his brother Cleopatra doesn't stand much of a chance, but them Xena shows up helps them and saves Cleopatra.
