Season 3 Episode 13 - One Against an Army

When Gabrielle tries to do a flip she hurts her ankle which proves to be an almost fatal mistake because as Xena is trying to heal it a man warns them about an army about to attack Athens. Xena has herd of the people before and she know that if they get Athens they will get the rest of Greece. Xena starts to fight an advanced party and while Gabrielle saves a man, she gets shot by an arrow though her back going into her shoulder. Xena manages to get it out and they find out that the arrow is poisonous. The two start to make there way to a little village while Xena cleverly tells the person Gabrielle saved to go and tell the village ahead that the road is block and the army will go though the village, knowing the man is a spy for the army so they will go the way Xena wants. When in the village Xena tries to find the cure for Gabrielle's poison wound but all the villager are gone alone with all the medical supplies. Xena get Gabrielle to a place where she used to store weapons and waits for the army to show up so that she can kill all the army men on her own. When they come a massive battle takes place, with Gabrielle dying Xena has to fight all of them on her own. After an exhausting battle Xena wins and takes the cure for Gabrielle's wound from one of the dead men, she saves Gabrielle's life just in time.
