Season 6 Episode 16 - Send in the Clones

A scientist and three obsessed Xena fans are trying to clone Xena and Gabrielle to bring them into the present day. Once they have obtained a hair sample from each the scientists start the cloning process. After managing to restore their bodies they have to bring back their minds my playing them clips from the show. Each of the Xena fans choose the clips that represent them best and leave while Xena and Gabrielle undergo the cloning process through the night. But during the night someone brakes in and shows Xena and Gabrielle aggressive clips. In the morning the scientist and the others find out and rush to play them feel good clips to take away some of the anger.

When they are ready Xena and Gabrielle wake up almost as normal except for an unusual taste for coke and pizza and Xena being a little bad tempered. Then they go out into the normal world and cause chaos because the start beating up the bad guys and Gabrielle gets put in jail. Then the scientist reveals that she is really the reincarnation of Alti and wants to kill Xena and Gabrielle, but not before dragging their name through the dirt. Alti meets up with them in a scrap yard and Xena and Alti fight. Xena manages to kill Alti but in the process Xena and Gabrielle die! The three Xena fans realise that trying to clone Xena and Gabrielle is wrong and walk off deciding not to try again. Then a car drives past and in the back is Xena and Gabrielle sipping Champaign, obviously they never died after all.
